Keep that Blade Sharp!

Have your knives professionally sharpened at least once a year. You can keep them sharp and straight by using a sharpening or honing steel at home. Watch the Video tutorial for a demonstration on how to keep your knives straight and sharp.

Cut on a surface that won’t dull the blade. Wood is best and plastic is second best. Avoid chopping on stone or glass.
