Stuffed portobello mushrooms

Clean and cut down the stems.

Sauté for couple of minutes spinach, tomato, chopped stems, feta cheese with a little bit balsamic vinaigrette dressing. Put Portabella mushrooms on a baking sheet, add stuffing put any kind of cheese on top. Put in the oven for 360F and cook for 30 min or when cheese browned up.
