Recipe:
1 kg chicken
0.5 kg onion
0.5 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
0.5 tsp pepper
1 bay leaf
3 tbsp cooking oil
1. Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper on both sides.
2. Cut the onion into cubes. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and sauté the onion until transparent and soft under the lid. Add soda, salt, pepper, bay leaf, mix and cook covered for 10 minutes over medium heat.
3. Put the chicken pieces in the onion sauce, cover and cook for 20 minutes on a medium heat. Turn the chicken over after 20 minutes and cook for another 20 minutes. Serve chicken with garnish. Bon appetit!
