3 tbsp (38 grams) granulated sugar
1 tbsp (15 ml) fresh lemon juice
1 ½ c (360 ml) heavy whipping cream
One 8 ounce (227 grams) container mascarpone

1 oz (30 ml) brandy
1 oz (30 ml) amaretto
½ c espresso or strong coffee, cooled
